The City Centre Wellbeing Hub supports a wide range of people across the city, offering services to carers, people with learning disabilities or sensory impairments, and veterans.
The ELM Wellbeing Hub is located at the ELM Community Centre in Estover.
The Four Greens Wellbeing Hub is a building for community activity, health and wellbeing, community enterprise, and a local base for the provision of other advice and support such as housing, money, enterprise, jobs and training.

The Mount Gould Wellbeing Hub is located at the William and Patricia Venton Centre, home of Age UK Plymouth.
The Rees Centre Wellbeing Hub is located in the centre of Plympton, is a short walk from the Ridgeway and close to the Plympton Health Centre.
The Southway Community Hub is located at the Youth Centre/Hendwell Centre in Southway. Supported by the Southway Community Group, we can connect you with organisations and information that can help improve your overall wellbeing.
The St. Budeaux and Barne Barton Wellbeing Hub is located at the William Sutton Hall in St. Budeaux. A dedicated Community Advisor, supported by Colebrook Southwest, is on hand to help connect you with organisations and information that can help improve your overall wellbeing.
